Atomic explosion in the shape of 'the finger'
Pictured: Joe Biden drops the "F-bomb"

-Headline of the day-
"Fox News Polls Biden’s 'F-Bomb,' Gets Wrong Answer."

Remember when Joe Biden took the opportunity to explain to President Obama that signing a healthcare reform bill was a big fucking deal? Historians (OK, not historians per se: FOX News talking heads) declared it the worst thing ever and said that the Obama administration would be remembered forever as a bunch of foulmouthed losers without morals or decorum.

Well, FOX decided that this time they were going to back up what they said and poll Americans on the issue. This turned out to be something of a mistake...

"As you may have heard," the poll asks, "Vice President Joe Biden used foul language to describe how important he thought passage of the new health care bill was when he whispered to President Obama 'this is a big expletive deal' — do you think the vice president's use of foul language to describe the bill was offensive, or not?"

The results: 37% outraged, 57% don't give a rat's ass.

Now, there are two possible explanations for the numbers; 1) respondents were both stupid and unaware of his remark and this mix of ignorance and idiocy caused them to believe that Biden literally said, "big expletive deal" -- which, let's face it, isn't all that offensive -- or 2) they know all about it and they don't really care all that much.

On a related note, FOX also made the mistake of asking how Sarah Palin stumping for a candidate would affect their vote -- 51% said it'd make them less likely to support said candidate.
