Mosque
The Pentagon

-Headline of the day-
"Why did no one object to the 'Pentagon mosque'?"

Oh sure, the big new fashion trend among the bigots is freaking out over the "Ground Zero mosque" in Manhattan (aka Cordoba House), but who's tearing their hair out over the one in the pentagon? No one, that's who. And do you know why? Because they hate America!

Or something.

According to the report, "Muslims have infiltrated the Pentagon for their nefarious, prayerful purposes -- daring to practice their religion inside the building where 184 people died on Sept. 11, 2001. They haven't even had the sensitivity to move two blocks, let alone a mile, away from that sacred site." And they didn't even have the decency to wait a sec! The article tells us that the terr'ists celebrated their victory pretty much immediately, when an Imam "ministered to rescuers in front of the smoldering Pentagon after the [9/11] attack." And they never stopped.

Of course, this brings with it many troubling questions: why did George W. Bush allow this? Is he a secret Muslim terr'ist, like Barack HUSSEIN Obama? Has anyone ever seen GWB's birth certificate? Does this mean we all have to automatically practice Sharia law and, if so, can you get a burqa in an red, white, and blue? Which way is Mecca?

We've taken our eye off the ball and look what happened: we lost the War on Terror. But look on the bright side, Islamic extremists have about the same views on abortion, gays, atheists, etc. as the bigots do, so they should be able to adjust pretty easily. (War Room)

-Where's your God now?-
Speaking of zealots who should be able to adjust to Sharia law pretty easily, the Prop 8 ruling in California has left at least one crazy old wizard about as close to speechless as he's ever going to be -- at least, this side of the grave, anyway.

C'mon Pat, faith can move mountains! Why not move one on top of all those gays in California who are destroying America, "the church" (which one is that, BTW?), and the family? You can magically cure disease and leg press a bazillion pounds, but you can't pull down a thunderbolt or two and fix this?

Imagine my surprise. (YouTube, via Right Wing Watch)

-Bonus HotD-
"Opponent Of Cordoba House Is Building A Museum On Top Of A Muslim Cemetery In Jerusalem."

Rabbi Marvin Hier of the Simon Wiesenthal Center is a horrible, horrible hypocrite.

The end. (Think Progress)
